Kesel Health Orthotics is based in Hove and supports clinicians across East and West Sussex. We provide specialist orthotic assessment, prescription and review for patients with foot, ankle, knee, gait, neurological, diabetic foot, footwear and mobility-related concerns. We can support with foot orthoses and biomechanical assessment, AFOs and foot drop management, diabetic foot offloading and pressure care, knee bracing and osteoarthritis support, specialist footwear advice, complex lower-limb presentations, and second opinion or MDT case discussion where appropriate. Consider referral where symptoms are linked to gait, posture, loading, pressure, footwear difficulty, neurological weakness, mobility change or bracing needs. With patient consent, we can provide brief clinical feedback after assessment so your team remains informed and involved in ongoing care.
